Outlook

Outlook not able to receive, send or sync email

– With outlook open select the file tab in the upper left-hand corner

– Another screen will open and you will be in the info tab.

– Select account settings and a drop-down menu will open, select account settings in the drop-down

– When the next window opens select the email address that isn’t working properly.

– Above the email selection box there will be a button highlighted that says “Repair”.

– Select this button and the repair account box will open.

– Make sure that all the settings and set up correctly and hit next.

– Outlook will start the process to repair the outlook account

NOTE: You will also want to go to “Send & Receive” on main section of outlook and make sure that work offline is disabled.

How to link Microsoft Outlook on Apple devices

– Download the Microsoft Outlook app from the app store

– Open the app and select “Add Account”

– Enter your email address and click on Office365

– Enter your email address again

– Enter your password and select sign in.

– Your personal emails will now be available

– If you have a shared email account you will need to add that as well. To add that select your profile picture (in the upper left-hand corner)

– Under your profile picture there will be a plus sign, select the plus sign.

– Another window will open requesting you to input the email address.

– Input the email address and that shared account will not display as well.
