To request a device to be registered you must go to the Anna Maria device registration page and fill out the form. Once the form is completed the IT department will have to register the device in the system. When they complete this you will receive an email stating that the device is registered. Once registration is completed please turn off the device and power it back on to connect to the system.

NOTE: In order to submit this form you will need to supply use with the MAC address for each device. You will also need to turn off private address. Below are the instructions on how to find the MAC address and turn of private address for each device.

Apple Devices

Apple iOS

– Tap on Settings
– Tap on General
– Navigate to and tap on “About”
– Scroll down to “Wi-Fi Address”

-The MAC Address and Nintendo WFC ID will be listed on the screen. Unless the game player has successfully connected with Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection, the WFC ID will be blank.
