Administrative Assistant (part time- 10 hours per week)

Position Definition:

Anna Maria College is currently searching for a candidate to fill the part-time paid position of Administrative Assistant for Psychology Programs

The Administrative Assistant is a part-time position (10 hours/week) that is funded through a federal grant (Behavioral Health Workforce Education and Training, BHWET). The Administrative Assistant will provide assistance to the Director and Co-Directors of the project to assist with operational and departmental tasks. Responsibilities include but are not limited to are filing, data management, scheduling, tracking report due dates, and other administrative duties as needed to maintain grant information.

Reports to:

Director of Psychology Programs (Project Director)

Director of Graduate Social Work Program (Co-Director)

Position Requirements:

Excellent customer service, secretarial, writing, and basic technology skills (e.g. Microsoft Office products such as Excel). Past work experience as administrative assistant or customer service is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Past experience in working on grants and/or grant-related activities

Past experience in working in higher education

Past experience in data management and report writing
