Mission Statement

The Writing Center is a student-centered place for writers in all developmental stages of the writing process. The faculty, staff, and students in the center work in and across the disciplines, believing that writing is a universal life tool. We help everyone who comes into the center understand various rhetorical situations so their own language can be used to navigate through different audiences.
