Timmary Leary received a B.A. in Design/Biology from Providence College, an M.A.T. in Art Education from Rhode Island School of Design, an M.A./C.A.G.S in Rehabilitation Counseling from Assumption College and a certificate of administration from Worcester State University. Timmary is currently the Visual Arts Curriculum Liaison in the Worcester Public Schools where she facilitates professional development, develops curriculum and supports art teachers in the district. She currently teaches A.P. Art History at the Worcester Art Museum for students in 9-12 throughout the district. Timmary is also an adjunct professor at Clark University and Anna Maria College. Prior to her role as curriculum liaison, she taught Graphic Design, AP Studio Art, and middle school art at Claremont Academy in the Worcester Public Schools. She has worked as a freelance designer for the past 25 years, completing several fellowships at the Art Institute of Chicago, SCAD Hong Kong and Maine College of Art. She has shown her work at the RISD Alumni Show, Sprinkler Factory, and ArtsWorcester.
