The Alumni Relations Office at Anna Maria College is excited to team up with Publishing Concepts, Inc. (PCI) to create an alumni directory. It’s been more than six years since the College produced a comprehensive, printed directory of its alumni.

Over the next couple of months, PCI will be contacting Anna Maria College graduates via mail, phone, and email to request that you update your contact information. We understand that you might not want to respond to just anyone, so we’d like you to know that this request for your information is legitimate, and under the Anna Maria College banner. I received an email/postcard/phone call from a company asking for my personal information. They said they were working on a directory for Anna Maria College. Is this a scam?

We’re working with PCI (also known as Publishing Concepts), located in Dallas, to produce an alumni directory for distribution in 2019. PCI publishes directories for educational institutions across the nation. This project enables Anna Maria College to gather important updates on our alumni so we know how we can better serve you.

How do I know my information will be used only for directory purposes?

Anna Maria College has a contractual agreement with PCI that states, in part:

“a. The names, addresses and information provided to PCI by Anna Maria College for the publication of the Directory will be held confidential by PCI, except to the extent that they are utilized in, or in the preparation of, the Directory and except as required by court order or law.”

“b. The Directory will be made available only to alumni of Anna Maria College. Upon completion of the project, PCI will return to Anna Maria College any and all electronic files that have been supplied by Anna Maria College or produced by PCI in connection with the production of the Directory.”

I’d like to verify and update my information. How can I do this?

If you’ve received a postcard or an email with a telephone number, you may call the number to speak with a dedicated representative for the Anna Maria College project. The representative will verify all the information we have on file for you and make updates where needed. If you prefer to update your contact information directly with Anna Maria College, please call (508) 849-3341. If you’ve received an email with an embedded link, go to the online site to review your information. If you have questions, call PCI’s customer-service desk, at (800) 982-1590.

Can anyone purchase a directory?

The Anna Maria College Alumni Directory is available for sale only to Anna Maria College graduates.

When will I receive my directory?

The directories will be distributed in August 2019.

Can I choose some or all of my information not to be printed in the directory?

When you call to update your information, you can tell the representative what you’d prefer to be excluded. You may also communicate your wishes to the PCI customer-service desk at (800) 982-1590 or to Institutional Advancement at Anna Maria College at (508) 849-3341.

I ordered a directory/package over the phone and would like to cancel my order. How do I do this?

Call the PCI customer-service help desk at (800) 982-1590 and a representative will take care of this for you.
