Program Learning Outcomes
- Identify and explain common cyber threats and attacks, including malware, social engineering, and distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks.
- Develop and implement security measures to protect systems, networks, and data against cyber threats and attacks.
- Assess and evaluate an organization’s current security measures and provide recommendations for improvements to mitigate potential cyber threats and vulnerabilities.
- Analyze and evaluate the security of computer and network systems, including identifying potential risks and vulnerabilities and providing recommendations for improvements.
- Apply ethical and legal principles to manage and secure information technology systems and data.
