What is the inspiration behind your senior art exhibition work?
My exhibition work is inspired by my country of origin, Colombia. Through illustrations and certain representations, I wanted to capture what my country is.
What is your favorite Anna Maria College memory?
My favorite memory is the first day of school because I had so many dreams and goals, but at the same time many fears. And every time I think back to my first day, I feel very proud of everything I have accomplished at Anna Maria College.
What are your plans after graduation?
My plans are to find a job as a graphic designer and at the same time continue studying and consolidating more graphic design elements.

What is the inspiration behind your senior art exhibition work?
I wanted my senior project to be centered around my favorite aspect of graphic design, that being typography. From there, I went to the two things from which I’ve gotten the most inspiration in my life: music and books. Most of my work was created using song lyrics, a few of them using quotes from literature.
What is your favorite Anna Maria College memory?
My first semester at Anna Maria College, Fall 2021…I loved the whole-class discussions we had in Issues of Diversity & Oppression. Professor Evangelina Gonzalez-Dufresne (who ended up being one of my favorite instructors) pushed us to get outside our comfort zones, and it ended up being a class that I feel should be a Gen-Ed requirement.
What are your plans for the future?
I’d like to find work in my field. That’s it, really. A livable wage doing the one career in this world that I have a true passion for, graphic design.

What is the inspiration behind your senior art exhibition work?
My life has always been about sports and driven by sports. I wanted to share my life’s passion for athletics through my artwork.
What is your favorite Anna Maria College memory?
Playing ice hockey with my best friends!
What are your plans after graduation?
I’m unsure at this time, but as the days and weeks come and go, I am sure I will know what the future will hold for me soon.
