According to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, marketing manager jobs are expected to grow by 9% from 2014 to 2024 faster than the average for all occupations. Much of this growth is expected to come from Internet marketing, such as search engine and social media marketing. Consequently, employment prospects should be brighter for individuals with experience marketing in digital mediums.
