Anna Maria College’s Class of 2022 are eager and ready to graduate in a few weeks. As these seniors look forward to the exciting futures that lay ahead of them, some seniors took the time to also look back and share their memories, advice they would give to freshmen, and insight into what makes Anna Maria College special to them.

Graduation year:

2022

Hometown:

Holden, MA

Major:

Graphic Design & Double Minor in Photography & Videography

Activities:

I love to do anything involving the outdoors, backpacking, skiing, kayaking, etc. My love for the outdoors and my creative thought process has helped me find inspiration for both my personal artwork and many of the Graphic Design works that I have completed for Anna Maria.

Post-grad plans:

I plan on establishing a basis for my own freelance services regarding my experiences and different styles of artwork that I have learned over the past four years at AMC.

Are you where you thought you’d be when you first came to campus?

Yes, I have successfully built a large portfolio containing multiple different mediums. I am excited to utilize the knowledge that I have retained from my classes for future opportunities.

Greatest experience at Anna Maria?

I believe that my greatest experience at Anna Maria has been making some of the best friendships I have had in my life.

What will you miss the most?

I think I’ll probably miss the experience of a closely knit community the most. I’ll also miss the learning atmosphere that comes with a college community and many of the Professors that made learning new and interesting subjects enjoyable.

Advice for the Class of 2026?

There are so many great opportunities at Anna Maria College, and my advice would be to try it all out. Don’t be afraid to reach out to your professors if you have questions because they want you to succeed. Also don’t forget shower shoes!
