Alice Lambert

Alice M. Lambert, M.A., received her initial degree in Business Administration from Merrimack College. North Andover. After careers in Washington, D.C. and New York City, she and her husband moved to Holden, MA where they raised their five children. Seeking a more creative career, she matriculated as an art major at Anna Maria College. Upon degree completion, she was invited to teach in the Art Department while pursuing a Master of Arts in Painting at Rhode Island College. She then began her full time position at Anna Maria and subsequently served as Art Department Chair and Chair of the Division of Visual and Performing Arts for the majority of her tenured career. She has received a number of recognition awards for dedicated service. After earning the title Professor Emeritus, she continues to teach on a part-time basis and remains active in a variety of roles and responsibilities at the College, in the town of Holden, the neighboring town of Jefferson, and in the greater Worcester Community.
