Job description: Part-time adjunct faculty member(s) are sought to teach courses in the graduate Master of Science in Industrial-Organizational Psychology Department. Courses are predominantly online although on-ground opportunities are available. Adjunct faculty are responsible for instructional preparation and assessment of student performance, and faculty provide assistance to students by appointment.  Adjunct faculty may also serve as Subject Matter Experts in developing online courses.

Minimum qualifications: Master’s degree and experience teaching psychology at the college or high school level. Educational specialization and/or work experience in the field of industrial-organizational psychology is expected for adjunct faculty in the graduate school.

Preferred qualifications: Doctoral degree and significant teaching experience at the college level.  Experience in teaching and developing online courses also preferred.
