Biography:
Started at Anna Maria college in the Fall 2015. Ms. Griffiths vast experiences in the nursing profession make her a valuable educator. She started out in a Hospital setting working on a medical/surgical/telemetry unit for 10 years. Ms. Griffiths decided to change her focus to pediatrics and became a certified school nurse and also worked in a Pediatric Office. It was the school setting that inspired her to continue her education and become an educator and assist other nursing students. Ms. Griffiths obtained her CPR instructor certification and began teaching as an educator in the hospital setting before coming to Anna Maria. Ms. Griffiths is a member of the Massachusetts' Nursing Association and the NLN. Ms. Griffiths also volunteers weekly at a Holistic healing clinic where she utilizes her Reiki master certification to help others.
