The Office of Activities & Clubs at Anna Maria College is committed to enhancing the student experience outside of the classroom. Our office can be seen as the bookends to your college experience. We start with assisting new students in their transition to Anna Maria though orientation programs and end by hosting a series of Senior Week events to cap off your time at Anna Maria College – and we do a lot more in between.
Throughout your time as an AMCAT, The Office of Activities & Clubs develops and supports the Student Government Association and the clubs and organizations that fall under the SGA. These clubs and organizations help to make our campus vibrant through hosting a variety of social, educational or celebratory programs. We have over 30 clubs for you to choose from, but would love to help you start something new that aligns with your passions.
Anna Maria College offers a wide range of clubs and activities that provides something for everyone. Student-led groups include:
our purpose is to establish a volunteer-focused group that works to give back to both the AMC community as well as the larger surrounding community through service events, social gatherings, and educational opportunities.
We serve as the fire science students’ resource on campus for concerns, ideas, and further education. We also plan fire safety community events.
We are a student group that supports and creates community for students who identify as African, African-American, or of African descent
Drama Club offers an outlet for creative performance. We hold a fall production, a spring musical and Improv events. We are open to any student and shows are free to attend.
Provides a community of camaraderie for students to share in their passion for music and music education.
The cheerleaders promote school spirit on campus and at athletic events.

Latinos Unidos es una familia, that brings awareness and gives the Hispanic/LatinX students freedom to be themselves and address issues on a predominately white campus.
We serve to enrich the minds of its fellow students with sharing, learning, producing and discovering literary works and arts of all authors.
We provide students interested in music therapy with the resources to better understand the field. We also host open mic nights and concerts.

The NSLS provides a life-changing leadership program that helps students achieve personal growth, career success.

The Pep Band provides entertainment for football and basketball game.
We are an advocacy club created to provide a safe community on campus for students who identify as being lesbian, gay, bi-sexual, transgender, queer/questioning or other identities.
Serves as the programming board for students. We plan and book trips, magicians, singers, hypnotists, games, novelties, and other fun activities.
The mission of the Student Government Association is to act as a voice for the students, empowering them, and acting as a resource while upholding the traditions and values of Anna Maria College. Placing the students at the center of our educational experience, the Anna Maria College Student Government Association seeks to effectively communicate, create and maintain community, as well as provide and support co-curricular learning. As we represent the College and our student body we will hold ourselves to the highest standards by leading with integrity while selflessly serving the students and the College on a local, state and nationwide level. All students are encouraged to come to the SGA meetings Tuesdays at 3:00 p.m. in Jacques Conference Room.
